Procedure went very well! All of the staff were very friendly, went in and did their work quickly, and that was that. All information needed was given both orally and on papers to take home. Incredibly happy with the experience & the office, and would definitely recommend to others.

The whole staff was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable and at ease. Thus was something very important to me as I suffer from anxiety. Dr. Kortebein talked to ne calmly through every step as he was doing it, so I wasn't startled. Alysa was very understanding and didn't rush me when the procedure was done. She reassured me by telling me she would follow my lead on when I was ready to get up and leave. She explained everything to do and what some of the side effects nay be after I got home. She called on Friday to see how I was feeling and if there were any complications. I am sure this is normal procedure but it made me feel better about my decision. Hopefully I will never need the services of an oral surgeon again, but if I do I will definite choose you. I will also be highly recommending you.
